GRAVEX offers worldwide delivery options where available. Available services and shipping prices are shown for the selected destination before checkout. Final tax treatment is shown through the active Shopify Market.

15-day return request window

For eligible standard products, contact GRAVEX within 15 calendar days of receiving the order. Return eligibility and instructions are confirmed against the product, order, condition and applicable consumer law before anything is sent back.

Before ordering

Confirm Brand, Model and Generation before purchase. Tailor-Made and custom requests are assessed separately, with scope and commercial terms confirmed in writing before production.
