Chevrolet Corvette C7 Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser

Designed and refined using advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), the RevoZport C7 Diffuser is engineered to maximize rear-end downforce while preserving overall aerodynamic efficiency. Its profile, strake layout, and expansion angle were optimized to accelerate underbody airflow, creating a low-pressure zone that stabilizes the car at high speeds.

Deliberately undersized relative to the maximum allowable dimensions, this diffuser avoids adverse wake interaction with the rear wing, ensuring both elements operate at peak efficiency. The carefully sculpted strakes maintain clean, attached airflow while minimizing crossflow from the rear wheels, delivering a consistent aerodynamic platform in a variety of track conditions. Constructed from aerospace-grade prepreg carbon fiber, the diffuser offers exceptional rigidity, low weight, and precise fitment—translating CFD-driven refinements into measurable on-track stability.
